By booking or using the services of Juanderous, you agree to the following Terms and Conditions. These terms are designed to protect both the client and the practitioner and to ensure a safe, respectful, and supportive environment.

1. Services Offered

Juanderous provides Holistic Counselling, Psychic Readings (including tarot, oracle, charm, and pendulum readings), and Numerology services. These services are intended for personal growth, guidance, and self-discovery.

2. Disclaimer

All psychic and spiritual services (tarot, oracle, charm, pendulum, numerology) are intended for insight, reflection, and personal empowerment only.
They should not be considered a substitute for medical, legal, financial, or psychological advice.
Holistic Counselling services are therapeutic in nature but do not replace professional medical or psychiatric treatment.
You are responsible for your own choices and actions following any session or report.

3. Confidentiality

All sessions are private and confidential, in accordance with the Juanderous Privacy Policy.
Exceptions apply only if required by law or if there is an imminent risk of harm to yourself or others.

4. Eligibility

Services are only available to individuals 18 years and over.
Sessions cannot proceed if a client is under the influence of drugs or alcohol.

5. Payment & Bookings

Full payment is required at the time of booking unless otherwise arranged.
Payments are processed securely through approved third-party providers.
Prices are subject to change but will always be clearly displayed prior to booking.

6. Cancellations & Rescheduling

At least 24 hours’ notice is required to cancel or reschedule a session.
Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice may forfeit the session fee.
In the event of practitioner illness or unforeseen circumstances, clients will be offered rescheduling or a full refund.

7. Online & In-Person Sessions

Online sessions are conducted via secure platforms (e.g., Zoom, email, or phone).
Clients are responsible for ensuring they have a stable internet/phone connection.
For in-person sessions, clients agree to arrive on time. Late arrivals may result in reduced session time without refund.

8. Reports & Materials

Numerology reports, readings, and other personalised materials are prepared for individual use only.
Clients agree not to reproduce, distribute, or share reports without written consent from Juanderous.

9. Limitation of Liability

Juanderous and Juanita Serrano accept no liability for decisions made or actions taken by clients as a result of counselling, readings, or reports.
By engaging in these services, you acknowledge that you are responsible for your own wellbeing, choices, and outcomes.

10. Code of Respect

Clients are expected to engage respectfully during all sessions.
Abusive, threatening, or disrespectful behaviour will not be tolerated and may result in the termination of services without refund.

11. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of Australia. Any disputes will be handled under Australian jurisdiction.
